With the guidance of The British Acupuncture Council and Professional Standards Authority I am dedicated to ensure my clinic is as safe as possible and the following guidelines are in place.

1. A COVID consent form will be sent to you when you book the consulation. Please update me if anything changes.

2. On arrival for your session, please text me to say you have arrived and wait until I text to say it is okay to come in. This is to avoid patients crossing on the door and to allow for extra cleaning between patients.

3. As much as possible, please wear clothes that allow easy access for treatment. Please bring a large, clean bath towel or blanket plus a small hand towel. These should be used for your session only.

7. I plan to minimise all soft furnishings and any that are used will be replaced between each patient. All surfaces and equipment will be cleaned between each patient.

8. On arrival I will be wearing a clinical  face mask and will wear one during the session. It is optional if you wish to wear a mask.

9. I allow 1 hour for the session but my normal treatment time is up to 45 minutes. I will adhere to strict timing and am normally very good with time keeping. If you are late for a session i do what I can within the time period without rushing. 

In essence I am dedicated to making my clinic workplace as safe as possible.  I will review this policy on an ongoing basis. If there is anything that is not clear, please ask me.
